We are pleased to offer 'The Sea Horse'! This fabulous home features a spacious, open floor plan with room for the whole family - and even the furry family members! The grand room downstairs features an open kitchen and dining space with center island, and the living room with large windows that allow natural lighting. There are French doors that open up to the wonderful screened porch - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or cool drinks after a day at the beach! To compliment the outdoor space, there's a fenced yard that's perfect for the pup! The master bedroom (King bed) with en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom (Twin bed) and full bathroom complete the downstairs space. Upstairs is where you'll 2 more sleeping areas/bedrooms - one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over Full each). Clean, modern and comfortable, you're sure to love all that 'The Sea Horse' has to offer. Located on Main Street just north of town, "Lazy Days" may be just the perfect spot for your vacation! Cute and comfortable, this cottage is adorned with nothing but island charm. Downstairs features a cozy living room with flat screen TV, an eat-in kitchen with a back door that leads out to the yard, a full bathroom (tub & shower), a bedroom with a Double bed, and a second bedroom with a Twin bed and Bunk bed (2 Twins). Upstairs you'll find another bathroom (shower only) and bedroom with Queen size bed. (Please note: the stairs are steep and the upstairs has "knee walls".) The Chincoteague Bay is just a stone's throw - across the street - from the front steps... enjoy snippet water views! Nature trails, dog park, and downtown Chincoteague are just a minute or two by car. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this affordable beach house!

Situated on the edge of the bay, this villa offers a private balcony with walk-out access to the marina and a reserved 40' foot deep-water boat slip. Villa 118 at Sunset Bay boasts an en-suite bedroom with king bed, private bath featuring a stand up shower AND a bathtub - along with private outdoor patio access from the bedroom. Two other bedrooms feature a king in one, and a twin in the other. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, and plenty of countertop for that family seafood feast you will want to make while you're with us. Have a few friends sit at the bar while you mix up a few cocktails, then enjoy "people-watching" on the Chincoteague Channel as the evening picks up. Once the sun goes down you can retire to the cozy living area in the heart of the villa. Maybe a movie on the flat screen? Or perhaps a game of chess? Magic Moments is awaiting your stay! This end-unit townhome offers the most spectacular views of Chincoteague Bay, sunsets, NASA rocket launches, and a one-of-a-kind views of Chincoteague Island. On the first living level, you will find plenty of living space, a half bath and a large wrap-around balcony boasting breathtaking views. Upstairs on the second level, there is a full Jack and Jill style bathroom featuring an owners suite and private balcony. As you make your way to the third floor, you'll find complete privacy. This floor offers more breathtaking views and your own balcony as well.
