The third level features a bedroom (Queen and 2 Twin beds) and a full bathroom. There are multiple decks and there's also 21' of dock space where you can fish, crab, kayak or tie up a small boat. This home was built directly on Little Oyster Bay in 2004, and has a large screened porch with a hot tub. Boasting beautiful water views from almost every room, the interior features tasteful decor, lots of natural light and a vaulted ceiling in the living room that lends to the "openness." One bedroom with a king is located on the first floor (with a Jack and Jill bath).
