Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them. Upstairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master suite - furnished with a king bed, bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower, flat-screen, and yet another knockout view on the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the house and is shared on the other end with a bedroom with a queen. An additional full bath, and another bedroom with two twins is also found upstairs as well. Crab and fish right off the dock, and enjoy cooking and enjoying your bounty together al-fresco at the screened-in porch on the deck. Or pour yourself a nice chilled beverage and walk down to the end of the dock and wait for the sun to slip under the horizon over Chincoteague Bay - bringing the end to another day of treasured memories made at Hidden Treasure.

Blue Marlin is a brand new home that is now available exclusively - you will NOT want to miss your opportunity. Visitors from all around fall in love with the charm and beauty of our small town. Blue Marlin is nestled just a few short minutes from the heart of our downtown and offers everything you will need to enjoy a true Island vacation. Spectacular views are abound from just about every room of this gorgeous home. From the time you enter, become enamored with the fresh, beach-like feel of this well thought out Island Home. Blue Marlin offers first floor living, complete with a half bath off of the well-equipped kitchen, a king sized bedroom with beautiful bay views, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Tranquility meets you at every turn at Cedar Cove, a custom-built waterfront home nestled amongst the pines in the Oyster Bay I community. The open floor plan allows for a bright and airy atmosphere in the common areas downstairs - an open living room with a gas fireplace to warm a chilly evening, and a bright and cheery fully-equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom is also found on the ground floor, with a queen bed and bath, flat-screen television, and private balcony overlooking the backyard and waterfront view. The bathroom also has an entrance from the entrance hall of the house, allowing it to act as a bathroom for guests downstairs as well. Upstairs you'll find a game loft complete with a foosball table, a futon, and plenty of board games to keep the kids busy on a rainy day. Two additional bedrooms are also upstairs, one with two full size beds and another with a queen size bed - both have televisions and balconies as well. A newly-remodeled full bath is also located upstairs off the loft area as well. Outside you'll find ample space for plenty of outdoor enjoyment with the family - a spacious deck with outdoor seating and dining areas, a firepit with comfortable Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. Located in a quiet private community just off the "beaten path" - all the amenities Chincoteague has to offer are just minutes away on the bike or in the car. We're pleased to bring you "The Haven" located on the edge of the Assateague Channel! Enjoy spectacular views of the Channel and Lighthouse right from your own private living space! Downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The second level features 2 bedrooms - one is a master suite with King bed and private bathroom, and the other features a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level. The third level features a bedroom (Queen and 2 Twin beds) and a full bathroom. There are multiple decks and there's also 21' of dock space where you can fish, crab, kayak or tie up a small boat.
