Two of the downstairs bedrooms and the sitting area have private waterside balconies. Upstairs features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area. Located on the popular East Side of Chincoteague Island, you'll enjoy water views of the Assateague Channel and lounging on the outside decks (one which includes an outside shower). This open floor plan home features two bedrooms downstairs (both with a queen bed and a TV each), a half bathroom, and spacious living room & kitchen. Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms (one with twin trundle and the other with 2 twins) and a full bathroom. Just a short drive to the Memorial Waterfront Park, public boat launch, downtown area and restaurants! Shell Cottage also includes all the modern conveniences such as wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher and more. And you'll have room to park your boat and trailer. Tranquility meets you at every turn at Cedar Cove, a custom-built waterfront home nestled amongst the pines in the Oyster Bay I community. The open floor plan allows for a bright and airy atmosphere in the common areas downstairs - an open living room with a gas fireplace to warm a chilly evening, and a bright and cheery fully-equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom is also found on the ground floor, with a queen bed and bath, flat-screen television, and private balcony overlooking the backyard and waterfront view. The bathroom also has an entrance from the entrance hall of the house, allowing it to act as a bathroom for guests downstairs as well. Upstairs you'll find a game loft complete with a foosball table, a futon, and plenty of board games to keep the kids busy on a rainy day. Two additional bedrooms are also upstairs, one with two full size beds and another with a queen size bed - both have televisions and balconies as well. A newly-remodeled full bath is also located upstairs off the loft area as well. Outside you'll find ample space for plenty of outdoor enjoyment with the family - a spacious deck with outdoor seating and dining areas, a firepit with comfortable Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. Located in a quiet private community just off the "beaten path" - all the amenities Chincoteague has to offer are just minutes away on the bike or in the car. Bring your kayaks and launch right from the small dock located on the property, or grab a pack of chicken necks at the grocery store and catch a few crabs - round out the meal with a sack of oysters from Gary Howard's market just up the street (if all else fails he sells crabs at a reasonable price too). Then take the time to gather with family on the porch to enjoy the bounty the island has to offer - all from the comfort of Cedar Cove here on Chincoteague Island.

The back of the house features a bright sunroom that looks out over a natural preserve - cozy up with a cup of coffee and a nice book! This home also features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (completely remodeled) and has undergone a lot of fresh new upgrades! There's a little sitting deck out back, a screened porch, covered picnic/game area (with cornhole boards), fish cleaning station, and so much more! Welcome to Cape Charles Cottage in the historic district! We are 6 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to Mason Avenue (shops, restaurants).Whether on foot or by golf cart, getting around town is a breeze! We can host up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a daybed/trundle that pulls to side by side twins. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the others share a hall bath with a tub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped!

Our home is designed as a family getaway so you can pack light! Parents will appreciate convenient amenities like a high chair, full sized crib, kids books, games and toys. But our house isn't just for kids. Adults can enjoy our 2 stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, plus a grill, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs in our big, shady backyard. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! We also provide two beach cruisers for your use as well as a kid's bike.

Although our house has a cozy cottage feel, many people have commented on how spacious it feels, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. In terms of the bedroom setup, there is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed (note you will need to go upstairs for the shower/bath). On the second floor, you'll find our "family suite" a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a connected bonus room with a daybed that can fold into 2 side by side twins (ideal for kids)! Also, on the second floor are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king. There is another bathroom on the second floor with a tub/shower combo. There is a powder room on the main level by the kitchen.

With two smart TVs you can easily access all your favorite streaming apps — one in the living room and one in the kid's room upstairs. You'll find smart speakers throughout, allowing you to choose a soundtrack for your beach week. Easily check in with our smart lock accessed via passcode.

Walk, bike or golf cart around town to shops, bakeries, a park with a playground that hosts summer concerts, restaurants, a candy store, a distillery, a bookstore, a shaved ice shack, a cidery, and of course the beautiful beach! With its gentle waves and soft sand, this beach is ideal for relaxing. Make sure you don't miss the sunset, it's gorgeous here. Custom, 6-seater golf cart are available for convenient transportation throughout the community complete the ultimate experience (additional fee of $100 per day or $600 per week required).
