Located on just one block off of Main Street, this lovely home is conveniently located to downtown Chincoteague Island, the movie theater, restaurants, famous Island Creamery, adventure park and more! The wrap around second-level deck is nicely furnished and inviting - it's the ideal place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cool drink after a long day at the beach. 

As you enter this fantastic modern home, you're greeted by an open floor plan. The main level features the living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and half bath/powder room. The lower level is entirely a two-car garage that is accessible by guests; it's a wonderful place to store your bikes or beach gear! Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of them being a master bedroom en-suite. Two bedrooms feature a queen bed each, and the third (kid's) bedroom features a bunk bed (2 Doubles) and a Twin bed. 

Lets talk electronics! This home has been carefully and tastefully furnished for the discerning traveler. The living room and all 3 bedrooms all have large Smart TVs, and the kid's bedroom includes an HDMI cable for easily connecting gaming consoles, etc. You'll also enjoy amenities such as keyless self check-in and check-out.

Luxury waterfront home in Salt Marsh Landing - an upscale residential community on the northern tip of Chincoteague Island. Spectacular sunsets! A long, private pier over the salt marsh leads you to a bay front dock area with shade. It's perfect for crabbing, fishing or canoe and kayak launching. Tastefully appointed and architecturally pleasing, Castlebar features a main level great room flanked by wall of beautiful custom windows and high cathedral ceilings. The views of Chincoteague Bay are priceless. The open kitchen area features ample counter space for meal prep, and the large harvest dining table is perfect for gathering the whole group for a meal. There are hardwood floors, and a two-sided fireplace that is shared with the adjoining cozy den. The first floor also features a full bath and large bedroom that looks out on the bay. Egret's Cove is rich with amenities, leaving nothing to be desired for an enjoyable vacation stay. With the amazing views, blissful sunrises, bay breezes, pet-friendly, you'll be in awe that this bay front home has to offer! This home was built directly on Little Oyster Bay in 2004, and has a large screened porch with a hot tub. Boasting beautiful water views from almost every room, the interior features tasteful decor, lots of natural light and a vaulted ceiling in the living room that lends to the "openness." One bedroom with a king is located on the first floor (with a Jack and Jill bath). The kitchen also features everything you will need to cook for the family while vacationing, and there is a wet bar adjacent to the dining area. In the large open living room you will also find a full size sleeper sofa. Moving upstairs, you'll again be "wowed" by the views! In the loft, you will find a queen sleeper sofa as well as a game table, twin sleep sofa and plenty of room to relax. One bedroom features a king size bed, with a private balcony. Across the hall you will find another bedroom with a queen size bed, lots of natural light and a dedicated workspace. There is a large deck that has a spiral staircase to make your way down to the screened porch.. You will also find two full bathrooms in this space.
