Captain's Loft has fresh new updates! This vacation home is located just a short walk to Maddox Blvd! Close to everything, but situated perfectly for a quiet and relaxing stay. This duplex home features three bedrooms downstairs, (the king and queen bedrooms have smart tv's), and two of those bedrooms have full baths. There's another third full bath downstairs. Upstairs, on the main living area, there is an open great room with living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a powder room. Upstairs also has a queen pull out sofa.  Off of the kitchen is a large screened gazebo with a nice dining table.
