The primary suite bedroom, encompassing the entire second floor, offers a peaceful haven for relaxation with its serene views, private bath, and private deck access. The first floor provides flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin beds in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bath on the first floor rounds out the convenient layout.

The heart of this home is its beautiful outdoor spaces. A screened porch provides a bug-free zone to enjoy the fresh air and scenic surroundings, while the open deck invites you to bask in the sun, stargaze at night, or dine al fresco against the backdrop of picturesque water views. Enjoy walking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the movie theater! This home features an eat-in kitchen, 2 living room/sitting areas, 2 bedrooms upstairs (each has a double bed) and a walk-through room with bunk beds. Not to mention the great front porch - you'll enjoy mornings and afternoons sipping coffee or relaxing after the beach!

This 5 bedroom home features a spacious open floor plan with wall-to-wall sliding doors and windows, allowing natural light to permeate throughout the home. Downstairs you'll find the living room and great room with access to the waterside deck, a large dining area, kitchen with all the counter space you'd ever need, a half bathroom, and the master bedroom with private bath (with custom tile shower and soaking tub). Upstairs features a landing area with sofa and foosball table, 4 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. Aptly named, 'Diving Duck' is the perfect spot for watching the ducks and wildlife pitch in the bay just out the back door. There's even a floating dock perfect for launching canoes and kayaks! And as if all of that is not enough, the Captains Cove community features swimming pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor), a fitness center, marina club restaurant and 9-hole golf course. Welcome! This spacious, luxurious home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Located in the Smugglers Cove community, Off Belay is situated on a small creek, perfect for any nature enthusiast. Upon entering this gorgeous vacation home, you will be enamored with the thoughtful décor and tasteful furnishings. Beautiful hardwood floors lead you to the gourmet kitchen with an expansive kitchen island, including a 5 burner gas range. The living room boasts high ceilings,  plenty of seating,  a wood burning fireplace, and tv as well as access to the large screened in porch and open deck. The first floor also offers a primary queen suite with an attached bath (shower only), and a private den with tv and a queen sleeper sofa. You will also find another full bathroom, washer/dryer and utility sink just down the hall. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: a king room with a jack and jill bath as well as a twin room. Walk out to the large deck from the second floor and take in all the views Off Belay has to offer! There is plenty of out door space for entertaining, sitting and relaxation.
