Inside you will find a bright, welcome layout ideal for gathering your crew after a sun-filled days by the water. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing fresh local seafood or tailgate-inspired favorites. This spacious three bedroom, three-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is designed for making unforgettable Eastern Shore memories. 

Hokie Haven's prime location places you just minutes from the soft sands of Cape Charles Beach and the boutiques, restaurants, and galleries of historic downtown Cape Charles. Nature lovers will appreciate nearby adventures at Savage Neck Dunes State Natural Area Preserve, where scenic trails and unspoiled shoreline showcase the best of Virginia's coastal beauty.

Three words : Charming. Coastal. Cottage. Located just off of Ridge Road, in the center of the island, you'll find this adorable abode. 'Heron Landing' is newly remodeled. Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen - with range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar to enjoy a quick bite before you head to the beach. A comfortable and cozy living area with television. A half bath and washer and dryer can also be found downstairs for your convenience as well. A small porch with sliding door is located off of the living room, allowing you to crack open to let in the island breezes flowing over Assateague Channel. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms, both with queen beds. Beautiful, rustic, nautical themed decor. A full bath with tub/shower is also located upstairs as well. Enjoy your cup of coffee or cocktail on the cute patio area outside, or just to get a little extra island sunshine. Memorial Park is an easy walk or bike ride down the street, with a great pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis courts, and walking paths.

Beautiful waterfront home with shared pier plus floating dock on deep water!! Ground level is a large screened patio perfect for those summer time seafood feasts. The first level is great room boasting reclaimed barn board walls and wide plank pine floors with a separate den and full bath. There is a second screened porch overlooking that water from the great room. The second level has a large waterfront master suite with a private balcony, two more bedrooms and another full bath. Close to Memorial Park right across the street from a family restaurant! (Spiral staircase in home, may not be suitable for small children.) For larger groups for family reunions, check out nearby Moon Rising or Herbie's Hideaway!

Buckle up, folks, because Sunset Bay Villa 221 is here to light up your vacation! This fresh-faced beauty just hit the market and is ready to become your new home away from home. Prepare to be blown away by water views so gorgeous, you'll want to frame them! Every nook and cranny of this place has a view that will leave you breathless.

The open floor plan allows you to cook and entertain at the same time. And let's not forget the deck, the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water. The primary bedroom is fit for royalty with a king-size bed to cocoon you in comfort. But wait, there's more! Two additional rooms, one with a king, one with two twin beds, so everyone can sleep tight and dream big. There are tv's in each bedroom as well. Don't miss out on this gem! The Sunset Bay Villa Community has an outdoor pool, indoor workout room, and outdoor dining area!
