Nestled in a quiet location, this delightful home puts you within easy reach of the town's attractions, Beach Road (Maddox Blvd.) the Assateague Lighthouse, Memorial Park and even some wonderful eateries. After a day of exploration or relaxation at the beach, unwind on the screened porch, where you can sip your favorite beverage and listen to the soothing island sounds. Fancy a bit more outdoor living? Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a delicious meal on the patio. It's the perfect spot for swapping stories and making memories under the stars.

Off Duty offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large screened porch, front deck with bay views, and a large outdoor space for your enjoyment. Bring your fur babies along, because this home is pet friendly! Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in awe of the large open floor plan, boasting high ceilings and tons of waterfront views for your enjoyment. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and deck, as well as a bedroom that has a full sized bed and a twin bunk bed. Upstairs is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, along with a sitting area looking over the downstairs living space. Don't feel like sitting inside? Go out to the large screened in porch and enjoy the sounds of nature, or sit downstairs under the home one afternoon and enjoy some fresh catch on the picnic table while enjoying a beverage at the tiki bar. Got a boat? No problem! Off duty has a boat lift and ladder at the dock! The Captain's Cove community offers 3 pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), tiki bar, Marina Club and restaurant, 9-hole golf course, kids playground, dog park and more! (with fee) And you're only 20 minutes from Chincoteague & Assateague Islands (the beach), and 30 minutes from Ocean City, MD (boardwalk & amusements).

Villa 116 will sleep 8 (beds for 6 plus a queen size air mattress), and includes a full laundry, all appliances, a gourmet kitchen, and more. There's also a pool and fitness room for your enjoyment! Tastefully furnished, you can relax, enjoy and entertain your family and friends in style. | NOTE: This unit does not have a boat slip, however, use of the marina is included.

Enjoy all of the outdoor space - from the 2 level waterside screened porches, to the covered parking area with picnic table - there's plenty of room for all to enjoy. The downstairs features the kitchen and dining area, a half bathroom, living room, and expansive screened porch. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms; one of them a master suite with private bathroom. There's also another full shared bathroom off the hallway. The South Main street location offers some of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see. Watch the tide roll in, the boats sail by, and the dolphins play along the Chincoteague Bay.
