A modern kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, also has new appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, breakfast bar, open dining area, and powder room complete the first-floor living space. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and Smart TV and the other with 2 Twins & a Full - both with balconies and a shared full bathroom with dual sinks. The entire third floor is a spacious, private primary oasis with a King bed, and a luxurious en suite featuring a deep jetted tub and dual sinks. This bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV and a balcony with amazing views & Adirondack chairs making it perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. Additional features of this fabulous vacation home include your own private boat slip (#7), pier for fishing and crabbing, fish cleaning station, covered parking area, grill, picnic table, and tons of extras! There's an outdoor shower, and beach gear including beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella. Not to mention you're conveniently located on South Main Street - walk to the downtown area (including Ropewalk for food and drinks) or to the annual Fireman's Carnival. Enjoy walking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the movie theater! This home features an eat-in kitchen, 2 living room/sitting areas, 2 bedrooms upstairs (each has a double bed) and a walk-through room with bunk beds. Not to mention the great front porch - you'll enjoy mornings and afternoons sipping coffee or relaxing after the beach!

A luxury waterfront townhome overlooking Chincoteague Bay, offering 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths - with a private pier, it's the perfect place to unwind and get on "island time". On the lower level you'll find the open area kitchen and dining area that features a stunning view of Chincoteague Bay and the salt marsh - that has everything you'll need to enjoy the various fresh catches waiting for you just off of the dock, or at our local seafood markets. A comfortable living area also boasts a beautiful waterfront view, with sliding doors that open up to a lovely little sitting porch - perfect for taking in the sunset with a cocktail without having to go too far. There is also a bedroom downstairs with two twins, a half-bath powder room, and a beautiful large sunroom/sitting area - great for sneaking away for a minute to get some work done or curl up with a good book. On the upper level you'll find the master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a beautiful waterfront view. Another bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs as well. A full bath can also be found upstairs in the hallway, and both bedrooms have televisions. Full sized washer and dryer for washing all those beach towels and bathing suits. You have full access to the dock across the street, so bring your fishing poles and crabbing gear (or visit Captain Steve's on Maddox Blvd to get what you need!). You're a quick two-minute ride to downtown to restaurants and the grocery, or an easy bike ride to the carnival or the sub shop to grab a quick bite to eat. Charming Chincoteague coastal cottage doesn't even begin to describe this place, but it's a start. Cheery, bright, and colorful - with some form of island history gracing every nook and cranny. Find the perfect mix of old and new in this unique home. Close enough to the main drag on Maddox Boulevard and Main Street - but out of the hurly-burly here on Ocean Boulevard. Wake up a few minutes before everyone else and head across the street to get fresh donuts from Mister Whippy or chocolate croissants from Amarin to surprise everyone with. You'll be the hero for the day, until someone else brings home oysters that night. Oh, and bring your furry friends along, because this one's PET FRIENDLY! This property features lots of nooks for sleeping spaces - a loft upstairs, featuring skylights that let the bright island sunshine flood in. Up here you'll find a cozy king size bed in one room, and two twins in another, with a full bath that features a gorgeous tiled stand up shower. Downstairs you'll find two more bedrooms - one with two twins, and the other with a king. Three different comfortable living areas, one of which is an outdoor sunroom - and that room has doors that connects to the downstairs king - in addition to the main living area. The retro mid-century kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare that island seafood dinner with what you catch down at the town dock, and a lovely dining area to enjoy it as a family. Donovan's Reef is located in the heart of downtown Chincoteague, allowing you an easy walk to all the shopping the island has to offer. Stop by Chincotiki on your way home and grab an orange crush or two!
