In this cozy, single family home, you will be greeted by a covered porch where you can sit and sip your morning coffee or tea. You will then enter an inviting, open living area adjacent to the kitchen with access to the large and open back deck. This home offers first floor sleeping quarters as well as a full bathroom and hardwood flooring throughout. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and another full bath. The beautiful community of Captain's Cove offers many amenities, with something suited for the entire family. Beachin' at the Cove is located just a short distance from waterfront dining on the Chincoteague Bay, 3 pools, a 9 hole golf course, tennis, basketball, fitness, and much more! Conveniently located, you're approximately 20 minutes from Chincoteague Island, 30 minutes from Snow Hill and less than an hour to Ocean City MD.

This property has a location that is rich with views and amenities. Situated right next to Memorial Park, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the water views as the kids run and play, or fish and crab. The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel. The second bedroom (upstairs) has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom on the second level as well. Need more space? Rent Channel Lookout next door! Prepare yourself to be swept away with breathtaking views at this quaint, charming beach cottage. We gladly introduce you to one of our newest vacation rentals, Sunflower Cottage! This home boasts magnificent views of the Bay, offering a prime location to one of the Shore's coolest little beach towns. Upon entering your vacation home, Sunflower Cottage welcomes you into the enclosed porch - perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening libation. Bountiful views are featured from this room, as well as most every room in the home! Sunflower Cottage offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and there is plenty of seating outdoors if you like to dine al fresca. Amenities also include an outdoor shower and a large bench seat/patio area overlooking the water. Walk down the steps at low tide and stick your toes in the sand right in your own back yard!  To complete the vacation package, Cape Charles is a short drive away with some of the best restaurants, shops, and of course the beach for your enjoyment. Make sure to reserve your golf cart in advance- this is the best way to visit the town.

Located just off of Ridge Road on the southern portion of the island, you'll find Marsh Point. A two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome unit with (shared) dock access. A lovely screened in porch dining area for cooking up the crabs you'll catch right off the dock and enjoying with family and friends, you're sure to be comfortable here! On the ground floor you'll find the comfortable living area with plush new furniture, a fully-equipped galley-style kitchen (electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), a dining area with table, a utility closet with a washer and dryer, and a half bath/powder room in the hallway. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms - a master suite with queen bed and a full bath. The other bedroom upstairs boasts a balcony with a beautiful view of the salt marsh below. For sleeping arrangements you'll find a bunk (a full on the bottom and a twin on top - always fun fighting over who gets that one!). Another twin is also located in the second bedroom as well. A full bath is located in the hallway upstairs. If you look to the grassy grove across the street you'll be looking at the location of the former Beebe Ranch, home of Misty of Chincoteague. You can almost see the little pinto paint filly frolicking through the paddock. Sit on the bench at the end of the dock with a cocktail or a cup of coffee at sunset and feel the cool island breezes coming off of the inlet and Curtis Merritt Harbor, just a little further down the road. Ride into town to get a bite to eat, or grab a few ingredients at one of our local seafood markets (a wonderful fishmonger and lobster lady lives just across the street) to make something easy at home. No matter what you decide, make a point to enjoy yourself at Marsh Point.

Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them. Upstairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master suite - furnished with a king bed, bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower, flat-screen, and yet another knockout view on the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the house and is shared on the other end with a bedroom with a queen. An additional full bath, and another bedroom with two twins is also found upstairs as well. Crab and fish right off the dock, and enjoy cooking and enjoying your bounty together al-fresco at the screened-in porch on the deck. Or pour yourself a nice chilled beverage and walk down to the end of the dock and wait for the sun to slip under the horizon over Chincoteague Bay - bringing the end to another day of treasured memories made at Hidden Treasure.
