Tucked along a quiet, tree-lined street beside Centra Park, this beautifully restored 1920s home places you in the heart of it all while giving you a peaceful place to retreat at the end of the day. Here, mornings begin with coffee on the front porch, afternoons are spent at the beach, and evenings unfold over long dinners with the people you love.

From the moment you arrive the charm of Cape Charles surrounds you. The home’s classic architecture and welcoming porches capture the spirit of this historic beach town, while thoughtful updates provide all the comforts you want for an effortless getaway.

Step inside and you’ll find a home full of character-from soaring ceilings and original wood floors to intricate moldings and a beautiful grand staircase. At the center of it all is the sunroom, where floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with sunlight. Curl up with a good book, enjoy a quiet morning, or gather together after a day exploring the Eastern Shore.

The fully stocked Kitchen makes staying in just as enjoyable as going out, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops ready for everything from morning pancakes to a family dinner. Gather around the dining table with room for up to 10, pour a drink from the beverage fridge, and linger a little longer. After all, you’re on vacation.

With three comfortable bedrooms, there’s room for families and groups to spread out and make themselves at home. The primary bedroom features a king bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and cozy reading nook. The third bedroom is designed with families in mind, offering a full-size bed plus a bunk configuration with a full bed and twin above.

The backyard makes outdoor time easy, with a gas grill for laid-back dinners, a storage shed stocked with beach gear, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. There’s even dedicated golf cart parking and charging, making it simple to hop in and explore Cape Charles like a local.

Leave the cares behind and stroll to the beachfront, wander through the charming downtown streets, browse local boutiques, stop for ice cream, enjoy dinner, or spend an afternoon by the water. Located just off of Ridge Road on the southern portion of the island, you'll find Marsh Point. A two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome unit with (shared) dock access. A lovely screened in porch dining area for cooking up the crabs you'll catch right off the dock and enjoying with family and friends, you're sure to be comfortable here! On the ground floor you'll find the comfortable living area with plush new furniture, a fully-equipped galley-style kitchen (electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), a dining area with table, a utility closet with a washer and dryer, and a half bath/powder room in the hallway. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms - a master suite with queen bed and a full bath. The other bedroom upstairs boasts a balcony with a beautiful view of the salt marsh below. For sleeping arrangements you'll find a bunk (a full on the bottom and a twin on top - always fun fighting over who gets that one!). Another twin is also located in the second bedroom as well. A full bath is located in the hallway upstairs. If you look to the grassy grove across the street you'll be looking at the location of the former Beebe Ranch, home of Misty of Chincoteague. You can almost see the little pinto paint filly frolicking through the paddock. Sit on the bench at the end of the dock with a cocktail or a cup of coffee at sunset and feel the cool island breezes coming off of the inlet and Curtis Merritt Harbor, just a little further down the road. Ride into town to get a bite to eat, or grab a few ingredients at one of our local seafood markets (a wonderful fishmonger and lobster lady lives just across the street) to make something easy at home. No matter what you decide, make a point to enjoy yourself at Marsh Point.

Prepare to be blown away by water views so gorgeous, you'll want to frame them! Every nook and cranny of this place has a view that will leave you breathless.

The open floor plan allows you to cook and entertain at the same time. And let's not forget the deck, the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water. With all the convenience of traveling around the island with ease, this home allows guests to drive or bike to Maddox Blvd, the beach or to the Main Street shops within minutes. Enjoy the outdoors on the fully screened in porches located on both the front and the back of the home, or take advantage of the generous back deck (accessed by a ramp or stairs) and supplied with a large gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs.
