Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan with living room, kitchen, dining area and powder room. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms (one master ensuite with private bathroom and water view balcony) and a full bathroom off the hallway. If you're looking for a little slice of paradise at the beach, look no further! This delightful townhome is adorned with beachy, Kenny Chesney vibes throughout! As Kenny Chesney sings, "There's a blue rocking chair, Sittin' in the sand, Weathered by the storms and well oiled hands, It sways back and forth with the help of the winds, Seems to always be there, like an old trusted friend." Enjoy all of the outdoor space - from the 2 level waterside screened porches, to the covered parking area with picnic table - there's plenty of room for all to enjoy. The downstairs features the kitchen and dining area, a half bathroom, living room, and expansive screened porch. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms; one of them a master suite with private bathroom. There's also another full shared bathroom off the hallway. The South Main street location offers some of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see. Watch the tide roll in, the boats sail by, and the dolphins play along the Chincoteague Bay. There's also a shared pier if you'd like to try your hand at fishing, or if you'd like to sit on the water and relax with a cup of coffee. If you're familiar with the island you know that the best sunsets can be found on Main Street, and the sunsets waiting for you at Sunset Dreams (located on south Main Street), are NO EXCEPTION. A luxury waterfront townhome overlooking Chincoteague Bay, offering 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths - with a private pier, it's the perfect place to unwind and get on "island time". On the lower level you'll find the open area kitchen and dining area that features a stunning view of Chincoteague Bay and the salt marsh - that has everything you'll need to enjoy the various fresh catches waiting for you just off of the dock, or at our local seafood markets. A comfortable living area also boasts a beautiful waterfront view, with sliding doors that open up to a lovely little sitting porch - perfect for taking in the sunset with a cocktail without having to go too far. There is also a bedroom downstairs with two twins, a half-bath powder room, and a beautiful large sunroom/sitting area - great for sneaking away for a minute to get some work done or curl up with a good book. On the upper level you'll find the master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a beautiful waterfront view. Another bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs as well. A full bath can also be found upstairs in the hallway, and both bedrooms have televisions. Full sized washer and dryer for washing all those beach towels and bathing suits. You have full access to the dock across the street, so bring your fishing poles and crabbing gear (or visit Captain Steve's on Maddox Blvd to get what you need!). You're a quick two-minute ride to downtown to restaurants and the grocery, or an easy bike ride to the carnival or the sub shop to grab a quick bite to eat. Downstairs you'll find an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen - with range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar to enjoy a quick bite before you head to the beach. A comfortable and cozy living area with television. A half bath and washer and dryer can also be found downstairs for your convenience as well. A small porch with sliding door is located off of the living room, allowing you to crack open to let in the island breezes flowing over Assateague Channel. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms, both with queen beds. Beautiful, rustic, nautical themed decor. A full bath with tub/shower is also located upstairs as well.
