Formerly known as "The Fig Tree", Coral Cove has just undergone a complete renovation and has a true "WOW!" factor. On the main living level you'll find a bright, open living room with huge sliding doors that offer a view of Little Oyster Bay, an open dining area, the chef's quality kitchen with all new appliances, the master bedroom suite with bathroom, and the back door leading to the oversized screened porch. Enjoy coffee or cold drink after a day at the beach while you sit on the screened porch and look out over the canal. Bring your kayak or canoe and launch right from the backyard -- there's a floating dock and upgraded kitchen! Want to try your hand at crabbing? You can do that here as well! The lower (ground) level of the home features an outdoor covered parking area, an outside shower, and an indoor sitting area complete with a mini-fridge. The upstairs of this home features 2 more bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with 2 bunks and a trundle - 5 twins total) and a full bathroom. Cook your dinner on the propane or charcoal grill (there's both) and dine al fresca on the huge front deck or back screened porch. Located in one of Chincoteague Island's most popular communities, Oyster Bay I, Coral Cove guests can also have access to the shared community boat ramp. Come for a delightful stay at Coral Cove - you won't want to leave! Floor Plan: Lower (ground) level features a sitting area with mini-fridge and covered outdoor patio area. The main level of the home features the open living, kitchen and dining room areas, as well as the master bedroom (King bed) with attached bathroom (shower and tub). The second level of the home features 2 more bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds), and a "Jack-n-Jill" style bathroom that is accessible from either bedroom. This bathroom has a tub and shower.

Welcome to A 'Teague of Our Own! This in-town home is an easy walk or bike to downtown or Maddox Blvd. Nicely decorated in 'beachy-chic' decor! The living room has abundant seating, complete with a flat screen TV and electric fireplace for those off-season stays. The kitchen is stocked to a chef's standards - there's nothing you won't find including a gas stove, sharp knifes and an herb garden. You will also find a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The three bedrooms are upstairs, and the full bathroom (tub and shower) is downstairs. The enclosed porch with sliding windows allow for room to spread out in any weather. Luxury waterfront home in Salt Marsh Landing - an upscale residential community on the northern tip of Chincoteague Island. Spectacular sunsets! A long, private pier over the salt marsh leads you to a bay front dock area with shade. It's perfect for crabbing, fishing or canoe and kayak launching. Tastefully appointed and architecturally pleasing, Castlebar features a main level great room flanked by wall of beautiful custom windows and high cathedral ceilings. The views of Chincoteague Bay are priceless. The open kitchen area features ample counter space for meal prep, and the large harvest dining table is perfect for gathering the whole group for a meal. There are hardwood floors, and a two-sided fireplace that is shared with the adjoining cozy den. The first floor also features a full bath and large bedroom that looks out on the bay. The second floor hosts the primary bedroom suite, containing a private bath with separate shower and whirpool tub. A sliding french door leads out to a balcony providing more views of the bay to enjoy. Two additional bedrooms and full bath complete this floor. Set back across the street from Chincoteague Bay, Homestead sits on 30 acres of basically pristine land. A cozy cottage, originally built in 1890, had been updated but the owners kept the original charm of yesterday but with the comfort of today. Now that charm and comfort has been expanded. A new addition offers a great room with a modern kitchen, dining area and room to stretch out and relax. The design includes oversized windows, sliding doors and a sky light. The house now has 2 screen porches and a balcony that lets you feel as though you are living in in a nature preserve! Homestead sleeps 5 but best suited for 4 adults. There are now 2 full sized bathrooms. Amenities include bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas: games, crayons and colored paper and good parking. And as part of the property, you?ll vacation alongside the oldest home on the island, The Captain Timothy Hill House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With a tidal pond in front and unspoiled woods in back, Homestead is private, quiet and with lots of room outside. A perfect retreat! So relax on one of the porches, feel the breeze from the bay, watch the animals and birds that come by or take an outside shower under the stars.
