This property has a location that is rich with views and amenities. Situated right next to Memorial Park, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the water views as the kids run and play, or fish and crab. The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel. The second bedroom (upstairs) has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom on the second level as well. Need more space? Rent Channel Lookout next door! Situated on the edge of the bay, this villa offers a private balcony with walk-out access to the marina and a reserved 40' foot deep-water boat slip. Villa 118 at Sunset Bay boasts an en-suite bedroom with king bed, private bath featuring a stand up shower AND a bathtub - along with private outdoor patio access from the bedroom. Two other bedrooms feature a king in one, and a twin in the other. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, and plenty of countertop for that family seafood feast you will want to make while you're with us. Have a few friends sit at the bar while you mix up a few cocktails, then enjoy "people-watching" on the Chincoteague Channel as the evening picks up. Once the sun goes down you can retire to the cozy living area in the heart of the villa. Maybe a movie on the flat screen? Or perhaps a game of chess? All Done is located on the popular East Side Road, just minutes from downtown, Maddox Blvd (Beach Road), Memorial Park and the beach on Assateague Island. There are snippet water views of the Assateague Lighthouse and Channel. It is a brand-new home just built in Spring of 2024, and features an open first floor plan joining the kitchen, dining and living rooms into one, as well as a first floor bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 more bedrooms including individual full bathrooms, with a walk-in shower in the primary bedroom. There is a spacious laundry room also conveniently located on the second level. The outside of All Done includes a screened porch on the side of the home, and a spacious front porch with ample rockers to enjoy the sunsets over the tree line. There is also a charcoal grill, a large yard for games and parking for up to 4 cars.

Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, a small balcony, and a cozy sitting area with view of the bay and marsh. Bring your bushel basket and crab right off the dock, then enjoy the bounty of the Chincoteague Bay from the screened-in porch. Bring your kayaks as well and launch them right from the private launch found off the bulkhead on the property. An outdoor shower to hose off after a sandy day at the beach.
