Memorial Park is an easy walk or bike ride down the street, with a great pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis courts, and walking paths. And the newly opened Ridge Road Pit Stop (located at the old Mason Oil building) is close-by for snacks or a quick bite.

We are pleased to introduce 'Ryokan' as one of the newest additions to the Chincoteague Resort selection of vacation homes! These outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or a cool drink after a long day at the beach. Wildlife abounds - watch the birds and eagles fly in, and maybe you'll be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins! The upstairs is comprised of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Located on just one block off of Main Street, this lovely home is conveniently located to downtown Chincoteague Island, the movie theater, restaurants, famous Island Creamery, adventure park and more! The wrap around second-level deck is nicely furnished and inviting - it's the ideal place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cool drink after a long day at the beach. 

As you enter this fantastic modern home, you're greeted by an open floor plan. The main level features the living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and half bath/powder room.
