Grey Heron features 3 bedrooms, each boasting their own private balcony. On the upper level (accessible by the spiral staircase in the great room) you'll find the master bedroom - with the largest balcony, overlooking the sweeping vista of the bay and marsh. A comfortable king sized bed and television, as well as a full bath. The floor to ceiling bay window delivers plenty of natural island sunshine into the bedroom. Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, a small balcony, and a cozy sitting area with view of the bay and marsh. Bring your bushel basket and crab right off the dock, then enjoy the bounty of the Chincoteague Bay from the screened-in porch. Bring your kayaks as well and launch them right from the private launch found off the bulkhead on the property. An outdoor shower to hose off after a sandy day at the beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private full bath. There are bedrooms on both levels with the master bedroom on the first floor. The MBR suite has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and private waterside balcony. There's also a smaller bedroom with two twins on the first level. The two bedrooms upstairs are private wings off the game room. The game room has two separate gaming tables that young and old alike will enjoy. Checkers with the grandkids! There is bathroom access on this level for guests that use the sleeper sofa in the game room. The kitchen opens to the dining & living room areas which are flanked by floor to ceiling windows & cathedral ceiling. If you're visiting off season, there's a fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment. Off the living room you'll find a large all-weather waterside gazebo that opens out the the decks. Formerly known as "The Fig Tree", Coral Cove has just undergone a complete renovation and has a true "WOW!" factor. On the main living level you'll find a bright, open living room with huge sliding doors that offer a view of Little Oyster Bay, an open dining area, the chef's quality kitchen with all new appliances, the master bedroom suite with bathroom, and the back door leading to the oversized screened porch. Enjoy coffee or cold drink after a day at the beach while you sit on the screened porch and look out over the canal. Bring your kayak or canoe and launch right from the backyard -- there's a floating dock and upgraded kitchen! Want to try your hand at crabbing? You can do that here as well! The lower (ground) level of the home features an outdoor covered parking area, an outside shower, and an indoor sitting area complete with a mini-fridge. The upstairs of this home features 2 more bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with 2 bunks and a trundle - 5 twins total) and a full bathroom. Cook your dinner on the propane or charcoal grill (there's both) and dine al fresca on the huge front deck or back screened porch. Located in one of Chincoteague Island's most popular communities, Oyster Bay I, Coral Cove guests can also have access to the shared community boat ramp. Come for a delightful stay at Coral Cove - you won't want to leave! Floor Plan: Lower (ground) level features a sitting area with mini-fridge and covered outdoor patio area. The main level of the home features the open living, kitchen and dining room areas, as well as the master bedroom (King bed) with attached bathroom (shower and tub). The second level of the home features 2 more bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds), and a "Jack-n-Jill" style bathroom that is accessible from either bedroom.
