Located down a gravel road that runs parallel to Assateague Channel, you'll find Channel Watch nestled in between the pine trees. The perfect getaway on Chincoteague Island for you and your family! On the ground level you'll find a bedroom with King bed and sitting/television area, an open-floor plan for the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with table for enjoying family meals together. There is also a large screened in porch area with seating if you want to take in the views and enjoy that meal outside - and honestly, why wouldn't you? A full bath is also located in the hallway downstairs too. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. The master featuring a roomy king bed and private balcony overlooking the water, and the other bedroom with two beds - one Queen sized and one Full size. A full bath is also located upstairs, as well as a utility closet with a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the island sunshine and cool breezes coming off the water off of the private dock in the back. Bring your fishing poles and crabbing gear, and haul in a bounty to prepare back at the house. Or ride the bike to one of the many favorite restaurants located just up the street on Beach Road - The Village or AJ's for something a little more upscale, or maybe tacos from Pico or a pizza from Famous for something a little easier. You're sure to find something to please everyone! If you happen to be an early bird, you're in for a real treat when it comes to sunrises at Channel Watch. Brew yourself a cup of coffee and take it out on the pier with you, take a seat, and wait for the show. It's just for you. We are pleased to introduce 'Ryokan' as one of the newest additions to the Chincoteague Resort selection of vacation homes! There are so many fine features to this lovely architectural master piece - from the unobstructed panoramic views of Oyster Bay, to the open split-level floor plan and large kitchen (with 2 refrigerators) - everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation awaits you here. 

On the lower level you'll find a large room with twin beds, a sitting area with table, a TV and a sliding door that leads out to a deck with water views. The main level features an open eat-in kitchen and living room, as well as an open deck and wonderful screened porch. These outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or a cool drink after a long day at the beach. Wildlife abounds - watch the birds and eagles fly in, and maybe you'll be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins! The upstairs is comprised of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. 

Located in the ever-popular Oyster Bay 1 community off of Deep Hole Road, you're able to take advantage of the quiet, laid back neighborhood and the community boat launch. This home is truly an experience for the nature and island lover. Come and see for yourself!

Welcome! This spacious, luxurious home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Located in the Smugglers Cove community, Off Belay is situated on a small creek, perfect for any nature enthusiast. Upon entering this gorgeous vacation home, you will be enamored with the thoughtful décor and tasteful furnishings. Beautiful hardwood floors lead you to the gourmet kitchen with an expansive kitchen island, including a 5 burner gas range. The living room boasts high ceilings,  plenty of seating,  a wood burning fireplace, and tv as well as access to the large screened in porch and open deck. The first floor also offers a primary queen suite with an attached bath (shower only), and a private den with tv and a queen sleeper sofa. You will also find another full bathroom, washer/dryer and utility sink just down the hall. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: a king room with a jack and jill bath as well as a twin room.
