Truly the "Belle of the Bay", this beautiful custom waterfront home is tucked away at the very tip of one of Chincoteague's most popular residential communities - Oyster Bay I. This means you'll enjoy unobstructed 360 degree water and marshland views from nearly every space in the home. The decor and local art collection alone will "wow" you! Watch the sun rise as you sip your morning coffee from the balcony or screened porch. Enjoy the quiet and privacy as you watch the wildlife that surrounds this fabulous property. The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an additional loft sleeping area (twin trundle bed). The detached garage features another living area/bedroom (2 Twin beds) that is available for guest use (lower level garage is not accessible by guests). NOTE: Living room fireplace is not functional.

Grey Heron
Majestic views await you from every room at Grey Heron, a charming raised contemporary located on North Main Street. Enjoy the unparalleled island sunsets from the private dock, spacious screened in porch and dining area, or with it's floor to ceiling windows and numerous cozy seating areas - from anywhere else in the home! Vintage artwork from local artist Hall Lott, known for his cover artwork for the Chincoteague Island Easter & Decoy Festival and Pony Swim posters, adorn the walls at every turn. Plush, cozy furniture in the living area as well as a round-about room featuring stunning 180-degree views of Chincoteague Bay and salt marsh give you plenty of space to enjoy company comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) to prepare meals for family and friends, which is connected to the great room featuring a beautiful working fireplace and natural wooden floors. Grey Heron features 3 bedrooms, each boasting their own private balcony. On the upper level (accessible by the spiral staircase in the great room) you'll find the master bedroom - with the largest balcony, overlooking the sweeping vista of the bay and marsh. A comfortable king sized bed and television, as well as a full bath. The floor to ceiling bay window delivers plenty of natural island sunshine into the bedroom. Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, a small balcony, and a cozy sitting area with view of the bay and marsh. Bring your bushel basket and crab right off the dock, then enjoy the bounty of the Chincoteague Bay from the screened-in porch. Bring your kayaks as well and launch them right from the private launch found off the bulkhead on the property. An outdoor shower to hose off after a sandy day at the beach. A destination unto itself, Sea Oats offers wide open spaces, beautiful waterfront and views of Oyster Bay and plenty of room to spread out and relax. A luxury vacation rental home with all the bells and whistles, Sea Oats will delight your senses. From the tastefully decorated rooms and high-quality furnishings, you'll enjoy a great vacation without skimping on anything! Relax on the waterside screened porch, the sun deck or the ground-level covered porch after a great day at the beach. Heron's Cove On Salt Meadow
Peaceful and stunning waterfront home! Located on a quiet side-street, Heron's Cove features a reverse floor plan with all bedrooms on the first floor, and the main living-level on the second floor. This allows you to capture and maximize the fabulous bay views! The second floor also features a great room with cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and screened gazebo. In addition, there's multiple open decks and a shared dock into Little Oyster Bay. There are three bedrooms that each have a king size bed, and one bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. Luxurious comfort while surrounded by Chincoteague's natural beauty and wildlife! Casa del Mar - "House by the Sea" - is your home away from home... at the beach! Located in the heart of downtown Chincoteague Island, this grand home has been lovingly maintained and is conveniently situated within walking distance to the waterfront park, boutique shops, restaurants, movie theater and coffee shops! Casa del Mar is one of our newest vacation rental offerings, and we know you'll love it! The spacious, open floor plan features a family room and kitchen, as well as a formal living room and plenty of outdoor space. There's a master bedroom en suite, and the bathroom features a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Outside you'll find the perfect backyard, complete with a grill, outside shower. La Dolce Vita = The Sweet Life! Enjoy breathtaking waterfront views and spectacular sunsets from every room in this comfortable luxury waterfront home on Chincoteague Bay! Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private full bath. There are bedrooms on both levels with the master bedroom on the first floor. The MBR suite has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and private waterside balcony. There's also a smaller bedroom with two twins on the first level. The two bedrooms upstairs are private wings off the game room. The game room has two separate gaming tables that young and old alike will enjoy. Checkers with the grandkids! There is bathroom access on this level for guests that use the sleeper sofa in the game room.
