Enjoy your cup of coffee as the sun peeks over the salt marshes of Assateague Island. You can often see a herd of our famous wild ponies grazing to the right of the lighthouse from your private waterfront deck and second-floor balcony - not to mention the copious amounts of waterfowl and other wildlife in the channel. Pony View boasts three bedrooms - A master with queen bed, full bath, and balcony on second floor, as well as another bedroom with a queen on the second floor - along with another full size bath. On the third floor you will find an amazing view of the marsh with the panoramic window and four twin beds, and a beautiful bathroom with a rustic wooden sliding door. The ground floor is where you'll find the hub of the house - fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. A dining table and bar seating area, a half bath, and a cozy living area with floor-to-ceiling knockout views. Or enjoy the waterfront deck just outside the living room. Pony View is pet-friendly so your furry friend can enjoy the water view as well. Dock access along with a boat slip is available for your use. Crab and fish right from the house! A deep water boat ramp is found just at the end of the complex for you to drop in. Central air/heat will keep you comfortable year round. There is also a washer/dryer, and an outside grill for your use while you're with us. Memorial Park is just a short walk up the street for a wonderful waterfront park and playground, tennis and volleyball courts, fishing pier, picnic areas, and walking trail.

Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. If alternate parking accommodations are needed, please ask.

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Oyster Bay II community is where you'll find our newest vacation home addition - ' Coastal Cottage'! Completely remodeled and adorned with simple, beachy-chic decor, you'll enjoy a most comfortable stay at this lovely home. The open floor plan features a main living room area, sitting area, dining room and large kitchen space with breakfast bar/center island. All of the bedrooms and both full bathrooms are on one level making it convenient for single-level living. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third (large) bedroom has 2 queen beds side-by-side. Welcome! This spacious, luxurious home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Located in the Smugglers Cove community, Off Belay is situated on a small creek, perfect for any nature enthusiast. Upon entering this gorgeous vacation home, you will be enamored with the thoughtful décor and tasteful furnishings. Beautiful hardwood floors lead you to the gourmet kitchen with an expansive kitchen island, including a 5 burner gas range. The living room boasts high ceilings,  plenty of seating,  a wood burning fireplace, and tv as well as access to the large screened in porch and open deck. The first floor also offers a primary queen suite with an attached bath (shower only), and a private den with tv and a queen sleeper sofa. You will also find another full bathroom, washer/dryer and utility sink just down the hall. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: a king room with a jack and jill bath as well as a twin room. Walk out to the large deck from the second floor and take in all the views Off Belay has to offer! There is plenty of out door space for entertaining, sitting and relaxation.

Welcome to Cape Charles Cottage in the historic district! We are 6 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to Mason Avenue (shops, restaurants).Whether on foot or by golf cart, getting around town is a breeze! We can host up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a daybed/trundle that pulls to side by side twins. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the others share a hall bath with a tub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped!

Our home is designed as a family getaway so you can pack light! Parents will appreciate convenient amenities like a high chair, full sized crib and travel crib, kids books, games and toys. But our house isn't just for kids. Adults can enjoy our 2 stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, plus a grill, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs in our big, shady backyard. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! We also provide two beach cruisers for your use as well as a kid's bike.

Although our house has a cozy cottage feel, many people have commented on how spacious it feels, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. In terms of the bedroom setup, there is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed (note you will need to go upstairs for the shower/bath). On the second floor, you'll find our "family suite" a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a connected bonus room with a daybed that can fold into 2 side by side twins (ideal for kids)! Also, on the second floor are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king. There is another bathroom on the second floor with a tub/shower combo. There is a powder room on the main level by the kitchen.

With two smart TVs you can easily access all your favorite streaming apps — one in the living room and one in the kid's room upstairs. You'll find smart speakers throughout, allowing you to choose a soundtrack for your beach week. Easily check in with our smart lock accessed via passcode.

Walk, bike or golf cart around town to shops, bakeries, a park with a playground that hosts summer concerts, restaurants, a candy store, a distillery, a bookstore, a shaved ice shack, a cidery, and of course the beautiful beach! With its gentle waves and soft sand, this beach is ideal for relaxing. Make sure you don't miss the sunset, it's gorgeous here.
