The views of Chincoteague Bay are priceless. The open kitchen area features ample counter space for meal prep, and the large harvest dining table is perfect for gathering the whole group for a meal. There are hardwood floors, and a two-sided fireplace that is shared with the adjoining cozy den. The first floor also features a full bath and large bedroom that looks out on the bay. The second floor hosts the primary bedroom suite, containing a private bath with separate shower and whirlpool tub. A sliding French door leads out to a balcony providing more views of the bay to enjoy. Two additional bedrooms and full bath complete this floor. Amenities also include a private, full sized outdoor shower, wireless internet service, additional under-counter ice maker & more. Castlebar is available year round!

Situated on the edge of the bay, this villa offers a private balcony with walk-out access to the marina and a reserved 40' foot deep-water boat slip. Villa 118 at Sunset Bay boasts an en-suite bedroom with king bed, private bath featuring a stand up shower AND a bathtub - along with private outdoor patio access from the bedroom. Two other bedrooms feature a king in one, and a twin in the other. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, and plenty of countertop for that family seafood feast you will want to make while you're with us. Have a few friends sit at the bar while you mix up a few cocktails, then enjoy "people-watching" on the Chincoteague Channel as the evening picks up. A luxury waterfront townhome overlooking Chincoteague Bay, offering 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths - with a private pier, it's the perfect place to unwind and get on "island time". On the lower level you'll find the open area kitchen and dining area that features a stunning view of Chincoteague Bay and the salt marsh - that has everything you'll need to enjoy the various fresh catches waiting for you just off of the dock, or at our local seafood markets. A comfortable living area also boasts a beautiful waterfront view, with sliding doors that open up to a lovely little sitting porch - perfect for taking in the sunset with a cocktail without having to go too far. There is also a bedroom downstairs with two twins, a half-bath powder room, and a beautiful large sunroom/sitting area - great for sneaking away for a minute to get some work done or curl up with a good book. On the upper level you'll find the master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a beautiful waterfront view. Another bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs as well. A full bath can also be found upstairs in the hallway, and both bedrooms have televisions. Full sized washer and dryer for washing all those beach towels and bathing suits. You have full access to the dock across the street, so bring your fishing poles and crabbing gear (or visit Captain Steve's on Maddox Blvd to get what you need!). You're a quick two-minute ride to downtown to restaurants and the grocery, or an easy bike ride to the carnival or the sub shop to grab a quick bite to eat.
