Enjoy walking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the movie theater! This home features an eat-in kitchen, 2 living room/sitting areas, 2 bedrooms upstairs (each has a double bed) and a walk-through room with bunk beds. Not to mention the great front porch - you'll enjoy mornings and afternoons sipping coffee or relaxing after the beach!

You will then enter an inviting, open living area adjacent to the kitchen with access to the large and open back deck. Whether you are kayaking or paddle boarding on the creek, sitting by the fire pit, biking down country roads or going to the beach, you will find plenty to do or enjoy doing nothing at all. Gone Coastal
Enjoy the cool breezes coming off the Chincoteague Channel while relaxing on the porch at Gone Coastal! Nestled in a grove of pines and tucked just off East Side Drive, this charming unit has everything your family desires for a wonderful stay on Chincoteague Island. Bright and cheery nautical decor will help to put you on "island time". Featuring two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are on the upper level. The master features a full bed with flat screen television, full bath, and balcony with sliding door and comfortable outdoor furnishings. An additional bedroom featuring a full size bed and double bunk, and a full bath is located in the hallway upstairs as well. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living area with large flat screen tv, plush seating, and plenty of reading material. The eat-in kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy meals "at home" - electric range, roomy refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee bar, and dining table. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a utility closet just off the kitchen, and a barbecue grill is located on the back porch for your convenience. Located centrally on the island - you're a quick bike ride or easy walking distance to the commerce on Maddox Boulevard or downtown Main Street, or to Memorial Park located just down Eastside Drive. Located in lovely Piney Island within a short bike ride to the beach. This single story 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house offers a large screened porch, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Tall Pines has two bedrooms, one with a queen, and other featuring two twins. There is also an air mattress for guest use. Piney Island offers community water access great for launching kayaks/canoes. To top it all off, Tall Pines is pet friendly with and outdoor dog run in the yard. You won't be disappointed! | | Note: Water access is a shared with the community just a short distance from the rental home.

Capeville Cottage
Welcome to Capeville Cottage in the heart of Capeville, VA - just 5 miles North of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. The Capeville Cottage is a charming 1700 sq.ft., 2 story home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Upon pulling into the private driveway, there is a west facing front porch, great for watching the gorgeous Eastern Shore sunsets and relaxing after an active day. You are welcomed by a large living area, high ceilings, and spacious kitchen with plenty of seating, laundry and a half bath. There is a screened porch off of the kitchen with a picnic table that seats eight. Downstairs is a large primary bedroom with a king sized bed, high ceilings, a tv, and full bath and separate stand in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a twin over full bunk with a separate full size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, tv and a shared full bath. Outside in the garage, you will find a game room with a ping pong table, darts and a large refrigerator. Capeville Cottage offers a large yard with ample parking, and a boat washing station.
