Tucked away on a quiet lane off of North Main is where you will find My Island Escape. This brand-new home is absolutely immaculate! Luxury finishings, tastefully appointed furniture and decor make for a flawless backdrop to your next vacation. The living room at My Island Escape features ample comfortable seating and a flat screen television, and flows into the fully equipped, gourmet, eat-in kitchen that features a large island and plenty of space for cooking, dining, and enjoying meals with the family. Blue Chair Bay
If you're looking for a little slice of paradise at the beach, look no further! This delightful townhome is adorned with beachy, Kenny Chesney vibes throughout! As Kenny Chesney sings, "There's a blue rocking chair, Sittin' in the sand, Weathered by the storms and well oiled hands, It sways back and forth with the help of the winds, Seems to always be there, like an old trusted friend." Enjoy all of the outdoor space - from the 2 level waterside screened porches, to the covered parking area with picnic table - there's plenty of room for all to enjoy. The downstairs features the kitchen and dining area, a half bathroom, living room, and expansive screened porch. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms; one of them a master suite with private bathroom. This great contemporary beach home is located at the edge of the community harbor area, a perfect location for you and your guests. As a pet friendly house, you'll enjoy the wide open spaces for your dogs. The home features an open floor plan with a lovely eat-in (and completely renovated!) kitchen and cook area that is flanked by a huge screened porch overlooking the community harbor. You can enjoy all your meals on the porch! In addition, you'll find bright, airy and spacious bedrooms with TVs including a master bedroom suite with King size bed and private bath. Stella del Mare
Stella del Mare - or "Star of the Sea" in Italian - is about as charming as it gets. Located on South Main Street, this beautiful newly-remodeled home has everything you could want in a coastal cottage. Enjoy coffee on the front porch while watching the island come to life in the morning, or sip on a cocktail while waiting for the sun to set. The ground floor features an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen - gas range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker. A beautiful breakfast bar area, as well as dining area. And a beautifully decorated living area with tv. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor featuring a king bed and full bath attached. Another full bath is located on the ground floor as well. On the second floor you'll find two additional bedrooms - one with two full beds, and the other with twin bunks, as well as a comfortable futon. Perfect spot for the kiddos! A comfortable living area in the middle to put a movie on for the kids. There is also a full bath located upstairs as well. Walk downtown for some shopping, then come back to the house and order a cheesesteak from the best sub shop in town - located just across the street. Or, maybe you'll catch a whiff of the oyster fritters frying down at the carnival grounds and walk down to sample one. Go ahead, you're on island time! Newly added patio on the back with lovely seating area to enjoy your meals al fresco, or just to sit and chat and enjoy the sunshine. You're sure to find plenty to put a smile on your face at Stella del Mare - the star of the sea. Floor plan: Downstairs (main level) features an open living/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. The master bedroom with connected bathroom (tub and shower) is also downstairs. This well-furnished townhouse is nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac along East Side Drive and offers some of the best views of Assateague Island and the historic lighthouse located across the channel. Beautiful waterfront home with shared pier plus floating dock on deep water!! Ground level is a large screened patio perfect for those summer time seafood feasts. The first level is great room boasting reclaimed barn board walls and wide plank pine floors with a separate den and full bath. There is a second screened porch overlooking that water from the great room. The second level has a large waterfront master suite with a private balcony, two more bedrooms and another full bath. Close to Memorial Park right across the street from a family restaurant! (Spiral staircase in home, may not be suitable for small children.) Bring your fur babies along, because this home is pet friendly! Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in awe of the large open floor plan, boasting high ceilings and tons of waterfront views for your enjoyment. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and deck, as well as a bedroom that has a full sized bed and a twin bunk bed. Upstairs is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, along with a sitting area looking over the downstairs living space. Don't feel like sitting inside? Go out to the large screened in porch and enjoy the sounds of nature, or sit downstairs under the home one afternoon and enjoy some fresh catch on the picnic table while enjoying a beverage at the tiki bar. Got a boat? No problem! Off duty has a boat lift and ladder at the dock! The Captain's Cove community offers 3 pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), tiki bar, Marina Club and restaurant, 9-hole golf course, kids playground, dog park and more!
