We're pleased to bring you "The Haven" located on the edge of the Assateague Channel! Enjoy spectacular views of the Channel and Lighthouse right from your own private living space! Downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The second level features 2 bedrooms - one is a master suite with King bed and private bathroom, and the other features a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level. The third level features a bedroom (Queen and 2 Twin beds) and a full bathroom. There are multiple decks and there's also 21' of dock space where you can fish, crab, kayak or tie up a small boat. Located on the Assateague Channel, this is your chance to watch the ponies from your own deck. A wonderful panoramic view awaits you; to the left is the Assateague Bridge; to right of the bridge is the Assateague Lighthouse and ponies; and to the far right is Tom's Cove and the ocean inlet. Come and fish from your own dock and tie your boat along side! Inside you will find central heat/air, 3 decks, all appliances, gas grill, satellite TV & DVD player and internet access. Enjoy evenings resting beside the wood fireplace (off-season).

Enjoy the unparalleled island sunsets from the private dock, spacious screened in porch and dining area, or with it's floor to ceiling windows and numerous cozy seating areas - from anywhere else in the home! Vintage artwork from local artist Hall Lott, known for his cover artwork for the Chincoteague Island Easter & Decoy Festival and Pony Swim posters, adorn the walls at every turn. Plush, cozy furniture in the living area as well as a round-about room featuring stunning 180-degree views of Chincoteague Bay and salt marsh give you plenty of space to enjoy company comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) to prepare meals for family and friends, which is connected to the great room featuring a beautiful working fireplace and natural wooden floors. Grey Heron features 3 bedrooms, each boasting their own private balcony. On the upper level (accessible by the spiral staircase in the great room) you'll find the master bedroom - with the largest balcony, overlooking the sweeping vista of the bay and marsh. A comfortable king sized bed and television, as well as a full bath. The floor to ceiling bay window delivers plenty of natural island sunshine into the bedroom. Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, a small balcony, and a cozy sitting area with view of the bay and marsh. Bring your bushel basket and crab right off the dock, then enjoy the bounty of the Chincoteague Bay from the screened-in porch. Bring your kayaks as well and launch them right from the private launch found off the bulkhead on the property. An outdoor shower to hose off after a sandy day at the beach. Plenty of space outside to enjoy family activities, and pet-friendly so bring your furry friends - they love basking in the sun on the dock as much as people do!

Welcome to Oyster Catcher! This home offers a prime location, beautiful views and a deep water dock (6 feet at low tide)!  We encourage you to sit and relax on the large screened porch and enjoy all nature has to offer. Upon entering the home from the side door, you'll be greeted by the the fully equipped kitchen that provides all the essentials for meals at home, while overlooking some of the most beautiful views the Island has to offer. The living room does not lack views either- sit and relax while opening one, or all four, of the large panoramic folding doors that span across the kitchen and living area. Enjoy the sounds of nature or feel the cool salt air breeze. There is a first floor bedroom, with a full size bed and a separate full bath (tub/shower combo) - you have your own access to the screened porch from the first floor room.  The living room also has a queen sleep sofa.  Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with two twins and another with a full. All bedrooms showcase breathtaking views of Deep Creek. Venture outside to the private guest cottage that holds much history from one of the Islands most plentiful seafood shacks. The guest cottage features a queen bed and full bathroom with shower, as well as a floating twin bed. Drop a line or a crab pot at the end of your private dock- maybe you will even get to enjoy a fresh catch for dinner! Oyster Catcher offers a private setting with bountiful plants and greenery, plenty of yard for whole family including your fur babies!  Other amenities include a gas grill and WIFI.
