The pet friendly cottage is 1,150 sq ft, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and TV. On the other end of the home the second bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed. The cottage also has a bar room leading into the deck area, with plenty of seating to entertain. The dock leads to the creek and is just waiting for you to go crabbing, fishing, or kayaking or simply enjoy the beautiful sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The property is a short distance to the community beach and to the community boat ramp. Also features an outdoor shower and a firepit area with plenty of seating. The cottage is located just a few short miles from the Historic Town of Cape Charles and about 25 minutes from Kiptopeke State Park.

Located down a gravel road that runs parallel to Assateague Channel, you'll find Channel Watch nestled in between the pine trees. The perfect getaway on Chincoteague Island for you and your family! On the ground level you'll find a bedroom with King bed and sitting/television area, an open-floor plan for the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with table for enjoying family meals together. There is also a large screened in porch area with seating if you want to take in the views and enjoy that meal outside - and honestly, why wouldn't you? A full bath is also located in the hallway downstairs too. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. The master featuring a roomy king bed and private balcony overlooking the water, and the other bedroom with two beds - one Queen sized and one Full size. A full bath is also located upstairs, as well as a utility closet with a full size washer and dryer. This well-furnished townhouse is nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac along East Side Drive and offers some of the best views of Assateague Island and the historic lighthouse located across the channel. The channel on Eastside offers some of the calmest water for kayaking, plentiful crabbing, and great fishing. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrise views from this vacation home along with quiet solitude!
