This fabulous "Beach Bungalow" is waiting for you! Tucked away on the marshlands overlooking Oyster Bay and the East Side of the island is where you'll find this 3 bedroom cute-as-a-button cottage. There are fresh new upgrades, including a bathroom, a new laundry closet, and a new deck. The bright, natural sunlight streams into the rooms via skylights and the floor plan is open and inviting. The living room extends to the dining area, which is completely open to the kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you step down into a family room/bedroom with a full bathroom, futon fold-out bed, and a Twin pull-out sleeper chair. From the hallway off of the dining area, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a new ensuite bathroom. There is a new washer/dryer closet and a full bathroom accessed in the hallway. The master bedroom will be your favorite spot in the house with large sliding doors on 3 sides and a fabulous, cozy sitting area overlooking the marshes and bay, it's perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, or quietly starting your day. Conveniently located to Maddox Boulevard (Beach Road) and downtown Chincoteague Island you're only a few minutes from restaurants, shopping, movies, the beach, and more! The fabulous new deck will be another spot you will love to enjoy the beautiful views all day and night! There's room for everyone, even your pet(s)! Not to mention the fenced-in yard for your furry family member!

Located on the Assateague Channel, this is your chance to watch the ponies from your own deck. A wonderful panoramic view awaits you; to the left is the Assateague Bridge; to right of the bridge is the Assateague Lighthouse and ponies; and to the far right is Tom's Cove and the ocean inlet. Come and fish from your own dock and tie your boat along side! Inside you will find central heat/air, 3 decks, all appliances, gas grill, satellite TV & DVD player and internet access. Enjoy evenings resting beside the wood fireplace (off-season).

Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. If alternate parking accommodations are needed, please ask.

Breathtaking views call your attention at this gorgeous waterfront home! 'Egret's Cove' is located next door to our ever popular sister vacation home, 'Heron's Cove'. Egret's Cove is rich with amenities, leaving nothing to be desired for an enjoyable vacation stay. With the amazing views, blissful sunrises, bay breezes, pet-friendly, you'll be in awe that this bay front home has to offer! This home was built directly on Little Oyster Bay in 2004, and has a large screened porch with a hot tub. Boasting beautiful water views from almost every room, the interior features tasteful decor, lots of natural light and a vaulted ceiling in the living room that lends to the "openness." One bedroom with a king is located on the first floor (with a Jack and Jill bath). The kitchen also features everything you will need to cook for the family while vacationing, and there is a wet bar adjacent to the dining area. In the large open living room you will also find a full size sleeper sofa. Moving upstairs, you'll again be "wowed" by the views! In the loft, you will find a queen sleeper sofa as well as a game table, twin sleep sofa and plenty of room to relax. One bedroom features a king size bed, with a private balcony. Across the hall you will find another bedroom with a queen size bed, lots of natural light and a dedicated workspace. There is a large deck that has a spiral staircase to make your way down to the screened porch.. You will also find two full bathrooms in this space. Each bedroom also features a smart TV for your enjoyment! Outside, experience a private oasis and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub overlooking the Bay while finding peace in the natural elements surrounding the space. Relax on the front deck or by the fire pit - all of which is enclosed by a fence so your furry friends can roam without worries. There is also a shared dock with the home next door, perfect for kayaking or crabbing.
