Relax and unwind on the expansive wrap-around screened porch overlooking the water, featuring plenty of comfortable seating and a dining area. Savor your morning coffee or sip a cool drink after a day at the beach.

'Our Happy Place' is a single-level home with 3 cozy bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The bedrooms include 1 queen, 2 twins, and 1 bunk bed (twin over double). There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is a tub shower combo.

This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath Chincoteague cottage is nestled along the salt marshes in a natural setting on Chincoteague Bay. A few of the fine features include a private pier, a new kitchen & appliances, waterside screen porch & deck, and private master bedroom suite with a custom-designed luxurious bath. The numerous windows and over-sized sliding doors allow panoramic water views from nearly any spot in the house. The first floor is completely wheelchair accessible and features your main living areas, large master bedroom suite (K) with bathroom, and second full bathroom with shower/tub. Upstairs features the second and third bedrooms (D/2T). If relaxation is what you're seeking, look no further. This quiet, peaceful location at the water's edge will delight the senses. This extra bonus includes a private beach w/ water rentals, pool, playground, "snak shak", comfort stations & more! 

On-site amenities include:  a gas grill, 20’ radius fire pit, 2 kayaks, a SUP, and 2 bicycles.  There is a boat launch on the property and two docks (one floating). Linens and towels are provided.

The Hosta Cottage: 850 square ft. Full Kitchen and Laundry. French Limestone Floors and tiled bathroom. Sleeps 2 (Queen Bed). Separate Private Outdoor Dining area (not included in square footage above). Outdoor Shower. Smart TV. WIFI.

In addition to Hosta Cottage, the compound is also home to two other luxurious dwellings: Porter’s Barn and Creek House. All combined, The Creek Compound will accommodate 18 with no parking problems. Please note that this listing is for Hosta Cottage only; the other two homes - Creek House and Porter's Barn - must be booked separately.
