Enjoy your cup of coffee as the sun peeks over the salt marshes of Assateague Island. You can often see a herd of our famous wild ponies grazing to the right of the lighthouse from your private waterfront deck and second-floor balcony - not to mention the copious amounts of waterfowl and other wildlife in the channel. Pony View boasts three bedrooms - A master with queen bed, full bath, and balcony on second floor, as well as another bedroom with a queen on the second floor - along with another full size bath. On the third floor you will find an amazing view of the marsh with the panoramic window and four twin beds, and a beautiful bathroom with a rustic wooden sliding door. The ground floor is where you'll find the hub of the house - fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. A dining table and bar seating area, a half bath, and a cozy living area with floor-to-ceiling knockout views. Or enjoy the waterfront deck just outside the living room. Pony View is pet-friendly so your furry friend can enjoy the water view as well. Dock access along with a boat slip is available for your use. Crab and fish right from the house! A deep water boat ramp is found just at the end of the complex for you to drop in. Central air/heat will keep you comfortable year round. There is also a washer/dryer, and an outside grill for your use while you're with us. Memorial Park is just a short walk up the street for a wonderful waterfront park and playground, tennis and volleyball courts, fishing pier, picnic areas, and walking trail.

Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. If alternate parking accommodations are needed, please ask.

Located down a gravel road that runs parallel to Assateague Channel, you'll find Channel Watch nestled in between the pine trees. The perfect getaway on Chincoteague Island for you and your family! On the ground level you'll find a bedroom with King bed and sitting/television area, an open-floor plan for the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with table for enjoying family meals together. There is also a large screened in porch area with seating if you want to take in the views and enjoy that meal outside - and honestly, why wouldn't you? A full bath is also located in the hallway downstairs too. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. The master featuring a roomy king bed and private balcony overlooking the water, and the other bedroom with two beds - one Queen sized and one Full size. A full bath is also located upstairs, as well as a utility closet with a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the island sunshine and cool breezes coming off the water off of the private dock in the back. Bring your fishing poles and crabbing gear, and haul in a bounty to prepare back at the house. Or ride the bike to one of the many favorite restaurants located just up the street on Beach Road - The Village or AJ's for something a little more upscale, or maybe tacos from Pico or a pizza from Famous for something a little easier. This property has a location that is rich with amenities. Situated right next to Memorial Park, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the water views as the kids run and play, or fish and crab at the waterfront Memorial Park. The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel! The second bedroom has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom upstairs as well. Come and see for yourself! Luxury waterfront home in Salt Marsh Landing - an upscale residential community on the northern tip of Chincoteague Island. Spectacular sunsets! A long, private pier over the salt marsh leads you to a bay front dock area with shade. It's perfect for crabbing, fishing or canoe and kayak launching. Tastefully appointed and architecturally pleasing, Castlebar features a main level great room flanked by wall of beautiful custom windows and high cathedral ceilings. The views of Chincoteague Bay are priceless. The open kitchen area features ample counter space for meal prep, and the large harvest dining table is perfect for gathering the whole group for a meal. There are hardwood floors, and a two-sided fireplace that is shared with the adjoining cozy den. The first floor also features a full bath and large bedroom that looks out on the bay. The second floor hosts the primary bedroom suite, containing a private bath with separate shower and whirlpool tub. A sliding French door leads out to a balcony providing more views of the bay to enjoy. Two additional bedrooms and full bath complete this floor.
