Spectacular views are abound from just about every room of this gorgeous home. From the time you enter, become enamored with the fresh, beach-like feel of this well thought out Island Home. Blue Marlin offers first floor living, complete with a half bath off of the well-equipped kitchen, a king sized bedroom with beautiful bay views, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious sitting entertainment area featuring a sleeper sofa and large TV, as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished for a wonderful vacation stay. There are two twin beds, as well as a queen sized bed (with 40 in. TV) upstairs, along with a full bathroom. You may take notice to the many handcrafted furnishings in the home that the owners have taken great pride in creating. Blue Marlin offers front porch sitting, breathtaking sunset views, an outdoor grill, long dock with ladder, (yes, bring your boat!) - there's even extra parking for your boat trailer (behind the yellow house). Everything you need for a perfect vacation is here.. Oh, did we mention this home is pet friendly too?!

Welcome to 'Counting Corks' (formerly known as 'Smith Beach Pines'), the moment you step foot in this beautiful waterfront cottage you feel at home. The pet friendly cottage is 1,150 sq ft, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and TV. On the other end of the home the second bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed. The cottage also has a bar room leading into the deck area, with plenty of seating to entertain. The dock leads to the creek and is just waiting for you to go crabbing, fishing, or kayaking or simply enjoy the beautiful sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The property is a short distance to the community beach and to the community boat ramp. Also features an outdoor shower and a firepit area with plenty of seating. The cottage is located just a few short miles from the Historic Town of Cape Charles and about 25 minutes from Kiptopeke State Park.

Villa 206 is a new unit that has been professionally decorated and offers five-star luxury. Spacious and accommodating, the gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking your favorite meals. It's well stocked and ready for your handiwork. There are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom suite with private luxury bath and private exit to the waterside balcony. Villa 206 will sleep 8, and there are a total of 4 TVs. A laundry room within the unit houses your washer & dryer. Your stay also includes use of the Sunset Bay marina, pool and fitness areas. Come. Enjoy! Note: This property does not have a boat slip, however, use of the marina is included. 7-night minimum stay is required during all seasons.
