Cozy and luxurious, three bed, two bath waterfront villa with private balcony. Beautiful kitchen space overlooks the bright, open dining/living area. Step out onto the waterside balcony and enjoy the water, wildlife, and sunset views. Bedrooms are spaced nicely - one full, one with two twins, and one king suite. King suite includes two mirrored closets, large bathroom with stand-up shower, and an additional entryway to the private balcony overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. Enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center within the villa complex. Conveniently located to our historic downtown area, you can walk to dinner, movies, shopping, galleries and more. This unit does not include a private boat slip, however, use of the common area marina is included.

Charming Chincoteague coastal cottage doesn't even begin to describe this place, but it's a start. Cheery, bright, and colorful - with some form of island history gracing every nook and cranny. Find the perfect mix of old and new in this unique home. Close enough to the main drag on Maddox Boulevard and Main Street - but out of the hurly-burly here on Ocean Boulevard. Wake up a few minutes before everyone else and head across the street to get fresh donuts from Mister Whippy or chocolate croissants from Amarin to surprise everyone with. With all the convenience of traveling around the island with ease, this home allows guests to drive or bike to Maddox Blvd, the beach or to the Main Street shops within minutes. Located on Main Street just north of town, "Lazy Days" may be just the perfect spot for your vacation! Cute and comfortable, this cottage is adorned with nothing but island charm. Downstairs features a cozy living room with flat screen TV, an eat-in kitchen with a back door that leads out to the yard, a full bathroom (tub & shower), a bedroom with a Double bed, and a second bedroom with a Twin bed and Bunk bed (2 Twins). Upstairs you'll find another bathroom (shower only) and bedroom with Queen size bed. (Please note: the stairs are steep and the upstairs has "knee walls".) The Chincoteague Bay is just a stone's throw - across the street - from the front steps... enjoy snippet water views! Nature trails, dog park, and downtown Chincoteague are just a minute or two by car. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this affordable beach house!
