As you make your way further into your beach retreat, you will find a large open kitchen featuring granite countertops,  stainless steel appliances and all the essential cookware to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The owners master en suite is situated so as to fully encompass those beautiful bay views, while also offering a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy an evening beverage of choice while sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets, or a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The balcony is accessible from both the owners suite and the open living area.  Enjoy the convenience of restaurants , shops, the movie theater and much more with the downtown location of the Sunset Bay Villa condos.

Villa 206 is a new unit that has been professionally decorated and offers five-star luxury. Spacious and accommodating, the gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking your favorite meals. It's well stocked and ready for your handiwork. There are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom suite with private luxury bath and private exit to the waterside balcony. Villa 206 will sleep 8, and there are a total of 4 TVs. A laundry room within the unit houses your washer & dryer. Your stay also includes use of the Sunset Bay marina, pool and fitness areas. Come. Enjoy! Note: This property does not have a boat slip, however, use of the marina is included. 7-night minimum stay is required during all seasons.

Located down a gravel road that runs parallel to Assateague Channel, you'll find Channel Watch nestled in between the pine trees. The perfect getaway on Chincoteague Island for you and your family! On the ground level you'll find a bedroom with King bed and sitting/television area, an open-floor plan for the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with table for enjoying family meals together. There is also a large screened in porch area with seating if you want to take in the views and enjoy that meal outside - and honestly, why wouldn't you? A full bath is also located in the hallway downstairs too. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. We're pleased to bring you "The Haven" located on the edge of the Assateague Channel! Enjoy spectacular views of the Channel and Lighthouse right from your own private living space! Downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The second level features 2 bedrooms - one is a master suite with King bed and private bathroom, and the other features a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level.
